Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

This policy explains what information WHOS LLC (“we”) collects when you visit whos.com and use our contact form, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company (optional) and message you provide.

To prevent abuse, we briefly use your IP address for rate limiting.

Why we use it

We use this information only to read and reply to your inquiry and to continue any resulting conversation or business relationship.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on our website hosting server. Each submission also triggers a notification email to our internal inbox so we can respond promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep this information for as long as it is needed for your inquiry or our business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Website analytics

We run our own lightweight, first-party analytics. It uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising services. It records the page viewed, referring site, language, device type and approximate country, and we only look at it in aggregate. We do not store full IP addresses; the identifier used to estimate unique visitors changes every day and cannot be reversed.

No selling of data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
